At Vocabulist, we value your privacy. Our general rule is that we only collect what we need, and we keep it super secure.
Like many other website operators, Vocabulist collects non-identifying personal information that web browsers and server typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Vocabulist's purpose in collecting this information is to better understand how its visitors use its website. Vocabulist may release non-identifying usage information in the aggregate.
Vocabulist also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. Vocabulist does not use such information to identify its visitors, however, and does not disclose such information, other than under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information, as described below.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to Vocabulist's website choose to interact with Vocabulist in ways that require Vocabulist to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that Vocabulist gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who sign up for an account at Vocabulist to provide a username, email address, and full name. In each case, Vocabulist collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor's interaction with Vocabulist. Vocabulist does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. Visitors can always refuse to provide personally-identifying information, given the fact that they may not have full access to all services offered by Vocabulist.
Vocabulist does not access, track, or collect geo-location data while using our services, except in the aggregate form.
Children under the age of 13 are required by our Terms of Service to use their parents personally-identifying information.
Vocabulist may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors on its website. For instance, Vocabulist may publicly disclose the number of signed up users. However, Vocabulist will never disclose personally-identifying information, other than as described below.

Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using Vocabulist's website, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Vocabulist will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, Vocabulist discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only when required to do so by law such as to comply with a subpoena, or when Vocabulist believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Vocabulist, third parties or the public at large.
